The International Excellence Programme
Two phases
Selection
Phase 1- Identification and selection of Saudi players aged 14 to 17.
- Careful evaluation by Pelayo Morón Pendás and his network of scouts.
- Strict criteria in line with the standards of international elite football.
Immersion
Phase 2- A minimum of 9 months in Argentina (personalised programme in residence).
- Competition against the best Argentine academies for intensive learning.
- Complete follow-up (technical, tactical, physical and mental) for professional integration.
